Psychic Predictions

A psychic prediction is a prophecy or prediction made about the future by an individual who claims to have the powers to see into the future. This person may also claim that he or she has a personal connection to God that grants them supernatural abilities. There have been many people over time who have made psychic predictions. Very few, however, have actually made any significant predictions that have actually came to pass. It is believe that anyone who can make a psychic prediction that comes to pass is a prophet of God. Other people are known to have made predictions about peoples lives, but instead of them coming to pass have more or less influenced the individual to create the prediction rather than actually knowing it in advance.

The major differences between psychic predictions and prophecies are the scale on which they are made. Just about anyone can make a prediction. Even if someone were to make a prediction and it were to happen, does not make them psychic or messengers of God. There have been many people who have claimed to be God gifted. None of these accounts can be verified or proven except through religious convictions. Anyone that has ever developed a significant following could be coined a psychic seer.

It has been known that many psychics out there actually use manipulation methods to get into the heads of other individuals to get control. These are not true psychics. The more common name for these people are mentalists. These people have a vantage point over regular human beings that allows them to manipulate thought and perception to get certain answers out of individuals. These people are not true psychics, but are mere illusionists. True psychics or prophets of God are people who speak on behalf of God and can clearly demonstrate their power and glory. Not too many people today have that capacity, and if they do, they are clearly mistaken and oppressed because of their innate mystical power.

A psychic prediction is something that most people give in definite terms, however a real prophecy is something that is metaphorical in nature because the truth of a psychic prediction can never be truly certain. Many people make predictions, yet few come to mass. When people make predictions and one does come to pass, it is not psychic it is only a lucky guess based on common sense, which when trained, anyone can have the capacity to make similar educated guesses.
